Elcu produces a complete range of textile sewing machines, from simple chain stitch machines to butted seam machines.

4 models are available: MOD.91, TC101, TC105 e AAT2000. Each model is particularly suitable for the joining of textile ends of most types of fabrics ranging from stitch patches to non-woven, knitted, carpets, coated fabrics, nets, hard and thick materials of any quality, both dry or wet. Main fields of application are: finishing, dying, spreading, coupling, dipping, teasing, grinding, shearing etc.

MOD 91 - Hand stitching machine, simple chain stitch

TC101- Hand butted seam machine, over-lock stitch

TC105 - Butted seam sewing head (for table and mobile-table assembly), over-lock stitch

AAT2000 - Automatic Rail over-lock and simple chain stitch

2 different types of stitches can be obtained - chain stitch and over-lock stitch (which allows endwise of joining with no thickness). Both stitches grant to achieve great results as very strong joining, low waste of fabric and maximum reliability.

Elcu's Bag Closing Machines are particularly suitable to dose, fill and close bags of any quality, ranging from 5 to 50 kg. Bagging installations for special requirements and high-rate production different models of bagging installations are available (from semi-automatic to totally automatic).Installations can be provided with different kinds of bag closing such as stitching, welding or hot melt glue application.
